Mary Lee Clark Elementary School (MLCES) holds the Bronze Award from the State of Georgia for the highest percentage of students meeting and exceeding standards on the 2005-2006 administration of the Criterion Referenced Competency Test (CRCT). The panthers of Mary Lee Clark Elementary have made Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) for four consecutive years with two years as distinguished. The 50 teachers on staff provide quality education to the 568 students enrolled in average class size ranging from 21 (K-3rd Grade) to 28 (4th-5th Grades).
